Brazil! This is where it all began. Many years ago, in 1994, when Dr Vera graduated as a dentist and started her journey transforming people’s smiles and confidence! As a very young dentist, she decided to live in New York to develop her profession further. After completing her post-graduation course in Prosthodontics, Vera relocated to London where she had the opportunity to work at renowned clinics in Harley Street and Canary Wharf.

Nowadays, her heart is in Edinburgh, the beautiful capital of the north, where she is delighted to be part of Sunrise Dental Clinic.

As a dentist who has a special interest in Cosmetic dentistry, Vera believes a dentist needs to be an artist to recreate the perfect beauty of a tooth, an engineer to understand the function of the teeth and a psychologist to be able to engage with her patient and perceive what is important to them regarding their oral health and much more!
