Hi, my name is Andy. I graduated from Newcastle University in 2019. After my vocational training in Northern Ireland, I did a year in maxillofacial surgery in Southampton which sparked my interest in oral surgery. I am deeply invested in patients having the best experience they can have and find that utilising sedation helps patients through this journey. My aim is for you to be as comfortable as possible whilst having a good experience at the dentist. Other than oral surgery I find general dentistry rewarding by maintaining patients’ oral health whilst optimising their smiles through aesthetics, implants and ceramics. I have been providing this care throughout Edinburgh and Lothians for the last three years and have settled here with my partner. We love being able to disappear from city life into the hills and wonder along Munros. So far, I’ve done one… I enjoy a range of sports on the weekend, particularly hockey and squash. I am an avid supporter of the rugby six nations and hope to get some tickets one day!
